THE SH!T WE DO TO GET OUR F!X lol

So here we go:

My cousin Jeff and I had an adventure trying to secure his sz9.5 cool grey 11s.

Nike Santa Monica 11:20PM

So we hit up Nike Santa Monica and arrive @11:20pm> sweet set up. snacks. coffee. and a DJ to rock the joint.  Sadly we were too late and couldn't get raffle tickets for the Midnight release.  We were bummed but not out of the game.  Just had to think fast so jumped into the car and zoomed to Fox Hills Mall.

no time to take pics of the place b/c we need to think and move fast!

Fox Hills Mall 11:57PM

So we get there and a crowd of frustrated people is ready to bum rush the place.  In other words that never looks good as far as opportunity goes and it never ends up well; because its a good indication that there are far more people than there are pairs.  So Culver City's finest shows up for crowd control, but it didn't help the crowd at all.  We were there for FOOT ACTION and we didn't realize that FOOTLOCKER also had a midnight release on the other side of the Mall and from the looks of things, they had twice the amount of heads in that line; crazy shit I know.  So they bring in 5 people at a time but didn't start to do so until 12:45AM because we couldn't get into a straight line (stupid I know).  After an hour in line (where it failed to move) there's 50 people remaining with two size 8.5 left >Fail again!

The most difficult thing for adults to do is: FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

*meanwhile we hear from sources that NIKE Santa Monica sold out in less than an hour (why and how you ask? b/c they let people have 2 pairs per person)*

we think fast and we zoom to:
HoH Beverly Center = 2:30AM

Arrival 2:30AM, HoH opens @5:00AM (which they never open on time), at this point its go big or go home so we went big.  Very fortunate that I had homies hold us down places and skipped some heads. Like the trend setter that I am  (or people eves dropping in my conversation), we had stupid people follow us there not knowing they would be in the end of the line that consists of 300 heads! We jumped the line and we were in the 80's count, so the outcome looks positive at this point.  That's how shoobiz does ya know! Grip of heads, but cool heads and cool greys prevail.  Success!

people are bunched up, tired, sleepy and frustrated but all for a good cause (right?!?)
yeah that many people and it curls to the escalators @Beverly Center!

We're home by 8AM and happy as F*@K!
Join us next time for the crazy sh!t we do for k!cks....happy holidays and stay classy b!tche$!
